Objectives:

• Read a medical chart and assign the correct diagnosis (ICD10CM) codes for a wide variety of clinical cases and services
• Understand risk adjustment models (e.g., HCC, CDPS, and HHS Risk Adjustment)
• Learn Predictive Modeling and become capable of performing analytical reviews on known data
• Learn how to identify clinical documentation barriers and their solutions

 

Duration and Frequency:

• One session per week
• 2-3 hours per session
• 12 weeks
